Update Bricked my Tracker. I was updating my tracker while it was plugged in. it rebooted and now is unresponsive. The LED is stuck on and I cannot connect to the device. I went to Invoxia's support page and the AI agent was worse than useless. It didn't know anything about my device or how to reset it. it gaslit me multiple times making me think there were buttons that don't exist. TERRIBLE COMPANY! Stay far far far away.
