BadgeForce is an active rewards platform that makes employees' competencies, initiatives, and achievements within the company measurable and visible.

The platform operates through four core steps: "Request, Approve, Compete, Achieve."
Users earn XP (Experience Points) and Gold by requesting qualifications, badges, and tasks. XP allows them to level up and Gold allows them to spend on the rewards market. Every achievement is scored fairly and transparently.

Employees compete on all-time, annual, and seasonal leaderboards. Statuses (such as Rookie, Expert, and Master) encourage development. Managers can award XP and Badges to employees based on their merits.
