Punto 360 is the field tool for teams working at the point of sale.

The promoter documents their actions in the store without struggling with their phone: they choose the display location, take a photo, and describe what they arranged. The app transcribes what they said and asks for confirmation before saving, so no one is recorded saying something they didn't say.

• Log in with just your employee number. No email or passwords to remember.

• Large buttons and legible text: designed to work under fluorescent lighting.

• Three steps per document: the location, the photo, and a description of what was done.

• If the microphone is too noisy, simply write it by hand.

WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL

In a store, Wi-Fi is unreliable, and data connections drop in and out. Punto 360 saves the work on the phone and sends it automatically when the signal returns. The promoter doesn't wait around or lose what they've captured.

THE DAILY ROUTE, ALREADY LOADED

Upon logging in, the stores assigned to them for the day appear. They clock in, work, and the stop is released. If they visit a store off-route, they add it from the catalog without calling anyone.

WHAT THE SUPERVISOR SEES

What the promoter records arrives instantly on the web panel: the time, the display point, the photo, the description, and the location of the visit.

• Each leader sees only the promoters assigned to them, and no one else.

• Administration sees the entire operation of their company and manages additions, removals, routes, and the store catalog independently.

• Permissions are applied by the server, not the application.

• Reports can be exported to Excel, PDF, or the clipboard.
