Total Fail. This concept was a total failure. This is what happens when you try to put yourself between agents and lenders and take an extra fee for yourself. The client is the one that suffers by overpaying and getting a lower level of service.

It has potential. Easy to submit a client for them to complete the loan application. Easy to see the status of the application. Conditional approvals are hit and miss. Sometimes it generates an approval letter sometimes it doesn't. Apps been updated to include a nudge option for those who started but didn't finish which is great. Notifications for some reason stopped working. Also would be nice if there was just a link I could send to people or be able to post on social media for them to submit.
