Workflow

The Workflow tool allows you to build validation circuits corresponding to your business processes. You can from your mobile create requests in the workflows of your workspaces

The “requesting” user initiates the process by submitting a request. He will have to fill in the form defined by the creator of the workflow. He can add attachments to his request (documents, photos, etc.).

The validator(s) of the next step in the process are notified (email, web). From the platform or mobile, they can view the information in order to validate or refuse it. They have the opportunity to comment on their choices. The validation allows the passage to the next step (another validation or dissemination).
