SeatLink™

SeatLink™ detects and displays the occupancy and seat belt status of all seating positions in a vehicle. The system includes a head unit mounted in the front of the vehicle and wireless seat sensing modules at each row of seats. When the ignition key is in the run position the seat sensing modules will report seat occupancy and belt status to the head unit. The head unit will display the real time seat data on a graphical representation of the vehicle seating layout. The head unit conveys seat status by changing each seat’s color. In addition to the display, the head unit creates a record of the seat data for future reference or transmittal.
