In continuation to my earlier review on 08.07.23, again I am compelled to raise that I am still Unable to use the app because.whenever clicking an option, it is asking to open an URL via web browsers... a huge bug is there.. it's creating app into a stalled condition.. please fix the bugs and update the version ASAP... we have been suffering a lot and it's not bearable... it shows huge negligence at your end as the issue is not being addressed for months... Truly disappointed

I dont know if it is an App or a Scrap. Such an esteemed brand having this type of low quality app is really surprising so see. Most of the time it doesn't even load properly. From last few months,most of the time whenever Im going to pay online for swarna yojana, its directing to their website. Tried clearing catche of the app. Nothing works. Who will be responsible if any customer gets delayed on online payment due to such bugs.If there is any team, pls take actions on these issue..

I am not very satisfied with this current update in the app. While paying the installment of Swarna Yojna it is redirecting me to another page.Earlier it seemed seamless when all my payment was visible at one go and payment option was also available on the right hand side. Now, after paying the installment I didn't receive any mail on the confirmation of the same. Kindly do the needful so that experience gets hassle free for customers. I have been calling the customer care number but no response
