MyTARGET

MyTARGET- An innovative and therapy-supporting app for people with chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

The app is a joint project of the Professional Association for Resident Gastroenterologists e. V. (bng) and the Competence Network for Intestinal Diseases e. v.
MyTARGET contains various menu items that can support you in your IBD therapy.

TRACKING
The tracking area offers the possibility of documenting information on your symptoms, general condition, stool frequency, weight progression, length of sleep and flare-ups. The individual progression of the individual points can be visualized for you in a summary.

CALENDAR
In the calendar you can B. List doctor appointments and hospital stays. It is possible to write notes for each entry, including questions for your doctor.

MEDICATION
The Medication area helps you keep track of all your medications. It is possible to enter the medication in the same way or to scan it using a barcode. You can complete the entry with the prescribing doctor so that you have a complete list of all medications and can call them up at any time if you have any questions. In order not to miss any more income, it is possible to set reminders for the individual medications.

DOCUMENTS
The Documents area contains functions for filing and saving files. Doctor's letters, prescriptions, documents from the health insurance company or similar can be photographed or uploaded and saved. With this function, you always have all the important documents with you.

STUDIES
MyTARGET gives you access to the studies Filgo Colitis, Colibri and the Competence Network for Intestinal Diseases. V. Direct enrollment in a study is not possible via the application. You must be informed by a participating doctor and sign an informed consent form.

To participate in Filgo Colitis you need a Garmin VivoSmart 4 fitness tracker that automatically records your activity by analyzing your geolocation even when the app is closed or not in use.

TELEVISITE
A new communication channel between doctor and patient is made available via the televisit in the MyTARGET app. With the online visit you can communicate directly with your doctor without presenting yourself in practice.

WC FINDER
Because of your IBD, it is sometimes necessary to find a toilet as quickly as possible. The toilet finder supports you!
