2024-12-17	Mo*****	App generally OK, quite a bit of delay in the system before heating turns on. With regards to the weather compensation issue, enter service mode (mode 15) and then change parameter 5 to 60 degrees and change parameter 6 to 3 degrees, you should be up and running. Worked for me. Had to call intergas several times before they suggested this workaround. If you aren't comfortable making such changes, give them a call and they'll walk you through the process.

No longer able to change heating or water temperatures from the phone app itself, no weather compensation, remote access for Installers options removed and, able to amend your name and address, but not your email, other than via deleting your profile, (thereby losing all usage history). If I could have given it a "zero" star rating, I would have done. This is a MASSIVE step backward for the consumer.

2024-10-20	Ba*****	Terrible, Cloud 2.0 update! The app has removed the ability to turn off "weather compensation". I previously had it set to off. The new app by default turns it on back, with no option to change. So when it's 16 degrees outside it the compensated CH temp is only about 42deg. So the CH is practically useless!

2024-09-16	Ze*****	the gateway works perfectly well if you access it's web interface with it's IP. Yet the app doesn't find the gateway and errors out saying no gateway found after 30 odd secs for searching for it. Factory reset of gateway also doesn't help. Edit: Contact support. They can help. Gave 4 stars just for the level of support.
