2024-07-29	Pa*****	I placed an order expecting it to be delivered in the promised time slot, even paid additionally for it. My delivery delayed by several hours, with no timely status updates. It was only when I reached out to customer service, did I get to know that there was a delay due to unavailability of flowers. I had to repeatedly reach out to customer service to get any information, and even then, the responses were vague and unhelpful. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unpleasant.

2024-07-08	Sh*****	Poor delivery. Delivered 4 bamboos instead of 5 on Mother's day which is a bad omen. And they keep forgetting to deliver the little plant care package. Happened thrice with me now. Won't be ordering from here again even if the flower quality is good.

2024-02-16	Va*****	My order number #11391236 was placed on 14.02.24 under same day delivery with estimated time as 0600 hrs- 2300 hrs. I waited the whole day for timely delivery but it was never delivered nor was the delay informed. No reply on mail, insta, call .Ultimately i had to cancel my order the next day, as per cust care they were not sure of delivery the next day also.I have been a loyal cust of Interflora but after this distasteful experience, I would never order again. Hoping i get my refund on time.
