The Insurance and Protection app is the digital area for partners and registered users to follow the insurance ecosystem, opportunities, and benefits.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Log in with your username and password or create a new account (with email validation).

• View the Dashboard with a summary of your logged-in area.

• Access Opportunities: featured campaigns and offers, with details of each item.

• View Invoices and track Referrals you have made.

• Track My Earnings: commissions and, when your registration allows, recurring payment information.

• Receive Notifications on your mobile phone (when you authorize it in the system), for important platform announcements.

• Open the FAQ with frequently asked questions.

• Manage your Profile: registration data, password change and, for promoters, bank details and PIX key according to the rules of your registration in the system.

• Contact support via WhatsApp or 0800, using the shortcuts available in the app.

REFERRALS AND QUOTES

Part of the referral or quote flow may open your browser to partner forms (e.g., content linked to your referral code) to complete steps outside the app, when necessary.

DEMO MODE

The app may offer a demo mode with fictitious data to familiarize yourself with the screens before using a real account.

REQUIREMENTS

An internet connection is required. Some functions depend on device permissions (e.g., push notifications) and on you having an active registration in the Secure and Protection system.
