I can't download this app on my baby's phone even after buying the subscription, I was only able to download on my phone. can't even download on my laptop for to use.

I was reminded by my 15 year old that I've had the full version of this app since she started learning to read at 3; that's 12 years! This app helped 2 of my kids get the concept of reading and now I have a 3rd trying to play it (she's 3). And it's easy for a 3 y/o to navigate, and we've had minimal issues with this app. There's so much to do in the app and once they've aced it they're already ready to move onto books. There's only 1 other app I've had longer than this app (Colornote).
