Introduce

Smart assistant is a solution system that provides tools, applications and platforms to support work and daily activities for grassroots part-time staff.

Main function:

1. Task management
Allow grassroots part-time staff to receive tasks and requests from full-time officials. The jobs received will be grouped and sorted by priority.
2. Receive feedback and suggestions from area residents
Provide tools to support receiving feedbacks and suggestions from people living and working in the area. People can easily send feedback and suggestions to non-specialist officials in the area.
3. Provide feedback channel for people's reflection and registration results
All feedback, suggestions and registration requests from people will be received and handled by part-time staff at the grassroots level. Then, will respond to feedback, suggestions, registration from people through the application.
4. Notification feature
Non-specialist staff at the grassroots level will receive a notification from the application every time a new request or feedback is received.
5. Reports and statistics
Provide tools for job statistics, reflections and suggestions that are received and processed by non-specialist staff at the grassroots level. From there, as a basis for reporting at the briefings.
