It offers full synchronization in real time with the Integrho desktop software, ensuring that managers and employees have seamless access to important HR and scheduling features from anywhere. Key features include the ability to create and manage various types of requests such as permits, absences, advances, training, and schedule changes, with support for attaching documents like images and PDFs. Both managers and employees can view detailed requests histories, approve or reject submissions, and consult their monthly work calendars including schedules, incidents, and absences. Users can easily check vacation balances, access pay documents and certificates, make time stamps with geolocation, and search the company collaborator directory with filters.
