Dreampad is absolutely incredible! I can't believe how it's changed my sleeping patterns. I have had optimal sleep hygiene for over a decade but still have had trouble sleeping. This pillow is helping me sleep deep, and I'm even dreaming! I'm finding myself excited to go to bed instead of bed being a chore. (I know that seems weird, but sleep has been so difficult for decades).
