Through this service you can book shifts from your mobile, access personalized information about your health, generate a new way of communication with your doctors and actively participate in the care of your health and that of your family.

To be able to use this service from your cell phone, you must have an access invitation from your doctors or register from a computer, entering https://www.integrandopacientes.com. On that page you must select the "Create Account" option.
 
Once you complete the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with the instructions for use and the access data to your account.
