IP Embarca

IP Embarca is the official app for the municipal school transportation service of the Instituto Potiguar. It connects students, monitors, and the administration in a single digital flow—from student ID cards to boarding the bus.

FOR THE STUDENT

• Digital ID card with QR Code for boarding
• Registration and updating of personal and school data
• Official notices from the school administration, with reading and history
• Surveys and announcements from the school network
• Transportation check-in: notify whether or not you will use transportation on the way there or back
• Profile with photo and data of your route, institution and shift
• Password recovery by email
• Works even with unstable internet: important data is saved on the device

FOR THE TRANSPORTATION MONITOR

• QR Code reading to validate boarding on the route
• List of students and expected attendance for the day
• Alerts for students who have notified that they will not return
• Start of journey by route and boarding history
• Offline mode: continue validating even without a connection and synchronize later
• Profile photo and account data

SECURITY AND TRANSPARENCY

Boarding is registered with real-time validation (or in an offline queue), reducing fraud and giving more control to the management of school transportation. The digital student ID card replaces the paper card in daily use and facilitates verification on the vehicle.

WHO CAN USE IT

The app is intended for students and monitors linked to the school transportation program in partner cities of the Instituto Potiguar. Access is via CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and password registered on the network.
