2024-08-17	Da*****	DO NOT TRUST UPSKILL. I got signed up for Upskill through my wireless provider. I just wanted the free trial but after I signed up, I couldn't access my account. I had no way of cancelling before the end of the trial period and no means contacting anyone. It wasn't until I saw a charge of $76 in my bank account that I actually obtained any information to contact someone. I finally got ahold of an agent and he refused to refund the charge. F these people, I'm reporting them to the BBB.
