This app should be removed from Google Play because it does not work on android devices. This is a direct quote from customer service received on 12/4/23 in response to a request for help. "Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, the Inspire Fitness App is not compatible with Samsung/Android devices. The app is no longer supported, so there will be no fixes or further updates. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

Tried to set this up for my mother - she, nor I, could connect to the app. We are both on Android devices, with location services turned on, and still it suggests that my email and password are not associated with an account. Yes, I've checked to make sure they are correct; they, in fact, are the right credentials for the account. Dunno how you're gonna sell a subscription people can't use, but something tells me you (the company) know that and don't care. Just use YouTube for your workouts.
