Insightly used to be great for us. The new interface is terrible and seems like it is geared more for a call center than a CRM for a small business. I can no longer see information when I need it, I have to open and close links and go back and open again, or click from one drop box to another to see what i need. We're definitely looking for somewhere else switch to another company
