Pros

Reinstalling the app is quick since it can remember credentials.
The flag system and note entering are decent when it works properly.
The app can be helpful for keeping notes and submitting documents needed for assignments.

Cons

The app is very slow, taking multiple minutes to load and log in.
It has numerous bugs and requires frequent refreshing.
It frequently rejects passwords and locks accounts after 30 days of inactivity.
The app consumes a lot of phone resources, slowing down devices significantly.
Navigation is confusing, requiring users to jump around to complete tasks.

This is BY FAR the worst app I've EVER used. TAKES MULTIPLE MINUTES to load work schedule when it should only take a couple seconds at most. If the developers are trying to waste my time, they are succeeding. I cannot say anything positive about this app it has such a long way to go to be useful.

slowed phone to a crawl, eats battery power and could not use. uninstalling. no accountability when using this app when you work through other platforms. this company could say anything they want and youre screwed. did not work well at all

The app works sometimes. Depressing how companies like Insight want techs to use their exclusive platforms but don't take the time or spend the money to make their GUI's tech friendly. Very frustrating!
