The Insan Mandiri Portal is an official application specifically designed to integrate all internal services, HR management, fundraising transactions, and program operations within the Insan Mandiri Global Surabaya Foundation.

This application provides a highly mobile solution for all employees and foundation practitioners, allowing them to access essential features quickly, transparently, and accurately from the palm of their hand.

1. ATTENDANCE & WORK MANAGEMENT
• Digital, location-based (GPS) employee attendance recording.
• Real-time overtime and leave submission and monitoring directly to Branch Managers and HR.
• Transparent management of work history and internal transfers.

2. FUNDRAISING SUMMARY & MONITORING
• Input and monitor weekly and monthly fundraising data summaries.
• Monitor donation realization (Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah) against established targets.

• Integrated fundraising transaction data updates for accurate foundation financial reports.

3. SYSTEM NOTIFICATION
• Receive instant notifications for every application approval, transfer, program coordination, and other important announcements from the central office.
