CALL RECORDING SYNC — HOW IT WORKS
CallOS does not record your calls and never uses your microphone to listen to live calls. If your phone's own dialer has saved a call recording, you select that folder once and CallOS syncs those existing recordings to your secure dashboard. You choose which folder is shared and can revoke access anytime.

CallOS is designed for sales-driven businesses — real estate, education, financial services, and any team that lives on the phone. Managers get a cloud dashboard with exportable reports; salespeople get a simple app that runs in the foreground with their knowledge.

TRANSPARENCY & CONSENT
CallOS is a workplace tool meant to be used openly, with the knowledge of each team member. The app is fully visible on the device and never operates covertly or in hidden mode. Organizations are responsible for informing their team and obtaining consent before use, in line with applicable laws including India's DPDP Act.

PERMISSIONS WE USE AND WHY
- Call log: to read call records (number, time, duration, type) — the core tracking feature
- Phone state: to detect when a call starts/ends and which SIM was used
- Folder access (system folder picker): to sync recordings saved by your phone's dialer
- Contacts (optional): to show contact names next to numbers

We do not use the microphone, broad storage access, or SMS, and we never sell your data.
