Features & Capabilities

Stop Heling is a Chrome extension designed to help users verify whether products are stolen by checking their serial numbers against the Dutch police database. With features including automatic scanning of license plates and serial numbers, users can quickly identify stolen items.

Beyond verification, the extension allows users to register personal belongings with serial numbers and photos, helping in insurance claims or theft declarations. Your data is stored privately on your device, with options to email your property list for safekeeping. Stay alert when purchasing second-hand products—checking serial numbers with Stop Heling can prevent inadvertently buying stolen goods.
