I never could upload a video from my Google pixel 7 pro. I was finally able to create a video real time in this app and it let me attach that. But there's no way to review the video until after you've typed in the info for the recipient. And then if you don't like the video and want to reshoot it, you have to retype in all the info again. Very cumbersome and not user friendly. I will not be buying any more of these labels. It's a wonderful idea, but they're pointless if I can attach my videos.

The videos do not download properly. I reached out to company & was told there is a problem with android app. I was assured the issue would be resolved. After weeks of waiting & several emails asking for an update, I am still unable to attach videos properly. Very dissatisfied with product & support.
