Measurement of physical evaluations of operational excellence through a mobile application, where the requested information can be obtained, and indicate the instructions and criteria that must be entered with examples, so that the evidence entered is correctly executed.

Goals:
• Demonstrate the possibility for a client to access the application and have ease of navigation and entry of evaluations.
• Demonstrate that the dealership can have access to the results of its stores, and that the store team enters its evidence, as well as the supervision team can confirm this data.
• Demonstrate the creation of follow-up actions based on evaluation results.
• Demonstrate the availability of reports obtained from the data generated in the surveys.
• Demonstrate the mechanisms that guarantee ease of navigation and entry of evaluations.
