I've used this app for a while. Easy to use but watch out when problems arise. 1.9% per transaction sounds appealing, but they automatically create a Stripe account applying their own fees to every transaction loaded into cc terminal's app. Customer service is terrible when you start asking questions about this too. They revert back to reading the fine print, which their marketing is misleading. And then, when you ask to be transferred to a manager for further clarification, they freeze your account, so you can't see any further info in the dashboard. Upon asking to be reactivated, they say I have to reload all my credit card information. NOT COOL!!

Have made 40 calls in two days and every single time, "the reps are assisting other customers at this time." How open scams stay on play makes me want an iPhone and I hate Apple!
