Your app and website glitch all the time. Whenever we book a flight, the date keeps changing. And your customer service? Absolutely terrible. We already agreed to the initial rebooking fee and asked for the payment details, but instead of resolving this, you keep coming back with a different price every time. It’s been almost two weeks! We’re tired of this, Cebu Pacific. Fix this already.
