2024-07-18	Al*****	Since recent update, app no longer opens. Only shows very small volunteer icon on screen. Samsung galaxy A02s. Having deleted the app and reinstall it we still have the same issue . Hopeless I require it for next week for the senior open. think you have a huge problem with your updated profile .please can you sort this out 😪😪

2024-06-19	Pa*****	The event I am working at need a picture uploaded, the app does not work to either taking a picture or selecting one from an album. Tried to email the info email adreess for the app developer bit it bounced back undelivered so no support either.

2024-01-05	St*****	It's a no-go for Android. This app used to work well and then something changed. The problem remains unfixed. No organization should be using this app with a company that cannot respond quickly to fixing problems as they emerge. It inexcusable. It took at least two weeks for them to fix the problem. This is still excusable. And this is an app that Sundance Film Festival is using. I'm leaving this is one star as two weeks is an unacceptable time frame to fix a glitch.

2023-12-26	To*****	Just got software update on my Android. App no longer works. It's been nearly a month since my original posting and the app still doesn't work for me or for a lot of android users. I was told it's a known issue and is being worked. I see no sense of urgency here for getting this up and running. How many users do they have to lose before this becomes important?

2023-12-15	Ca*****	Our nonprofit charity pays (with limited funds) for a subscription to this volunteer management app, and now none of our volunteers with Android phones running v. 14 can use it - including critically myself as administrator. Bloomerang Volunteer is proving to be a very different experience from when the product was InitLive.
