• Build and follow exercise plans organized by muscle groups—from chest to legs and beyond.
• Open Today’s workout to see what’s on deck and mark exercises done, skipped, or rest days.
• See done days, skips, and rest in simple trend views so patterns stay visible.

Health & body
• Log weight, blood pressure, body measurements, and pulse.
• Add one progress photo per month to compare change over time.

Nutrition
• Record food intake—including junk, protein-focused, and normal meals—with portion and time.
• Use logged days to power your nutrition summary on the dashboard.

Privacy & your data
• Data is stored on your device; there’s no sign-in in the app flow described in the codebase.
• Back up your data with encryption and restore from a backup file when you switch phones or reinstall (you control where files are shared).
