I use samsung s20 and already tried to scan 10x and it still doesn't work. Tried to uninstall - install, turning on all the lamps, going outside, using wifi, using sim card internet, holding it steady for 3 minutes with hands, putting the bar on table + using tripod for my handphone.. the app still stuck in "hold your device parallel and aim the mark in the below square" with green outline for more than 3 minutes
