garbage app, tells me there's no toll from Richmond to DC which is technically accurate because one doesn't HAVE to use the HOV lanes but I figured this app would... you know... be able to tell me the tolls but I guess it's only for fixed toll booths and not dynamic pricing. too bad it never discloses that
