- The retail outlets that have closed earlier than the stipulated 10PM in spite of the tenant agreement.

- All the retail outlets in the shopping centre can be grouped according to the Building Level, Blocks, or sub-group for this reporting purposes.

- The TOCA include sms, what’s app alerts , retail outlets monthly Opening and Closing Performance reports etc.
