FunFit: Health Tracker

FunFit uses your phone camera to log what you eat, builds workout and meal plans around your goals, records your training, and brings the day together in a single daily score.

Food and nutrition
- Point your camera at a meal for an AI estimate of calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus fiber, sodium and sugar where the estimate provides them
- A per-ingredient breakdown with editable servings, so you can adjust the estimate before saving
- Or log a meal by describing it in plain language, by asking the built-in nutrition chat, or by entering the numbers yourself
- Meal ideas based on the calories and protein you have left in the day
- Save your own recipes with per-ingredient nutrition and log them again in one tap. Ingredient lookup uses public USDA FoodData Central records; this app is not affiliated with or endorsed by the USDA.
- Targets for every nutrient above, set from your profile and editable any time

Workouts and plans
- Log gym sessions with an exercise picker, equipment options, sets, reps, weight, timed holds and notes
- Record runs, walks, hikes, rides and swims on a live map with distance, duration, average pace and automatic splits (GPS tracking runs while the app is open)
- Generate multi-week workout and meal plans from your profile and goals, with a duration picker, then log a planned exercise or meal in one tap
- Build a session on your device in seconds from a built-in exercise library, with presets for home, gym, cardio, travel, bodyweight, dumbbells or a specific muscle group

Daily habits
- Log water by the cup, against a daily target worked out from your age, weight, activity level and the day's steps
- Step charts by day, week, month, 6 months or year, with an adjustable goal and a trend split
- A weight log with a trend chart, goal progress, history and optional body fat percentage

Insights and history
- Max Potential: a daily 0-100 score based on your sleep, nutrition, training, lifestyle and consistency, with a per-pillar breakdown, a 30-day trend and a how-it-works explainer
- Detail screens for nutrition, workouts, sleep and readiness, driven by what you log
- AI body scan: take up to four photos and the app estimates a physique score, a body fat range, a per-muscle breakdown and areas to work on. Results are an AI visual estimate, not a medical measurement, and accuracy varies with photo quality.
- Keep your own lab results in one place by entering the values manually and viewing them charted over time
- Export a PDF summary of your meals, workouts and weight for any date range

Community
- Group chats and communities, plus direct messages with people who follow you back
- XP levels and leaderboards as you log
- A public profile with your milestones and recent activity

Health Connect
- Read-only sync of steps, calories burned, sleep and exercise sessions from Android Health Connect. The app does not write data back.

Languages
The app is translated into 12 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean and Arabic.

Subscription
Most features require an active subscription, purchased through Google Play. Manage or cancel it any time in your Google Play subscription settings. AI features need an internet connection.
