Recent reviews

I was told that one of my brand loyalty programs was starting to use influencer for their rewards program. However, this app is only for TikTokers and Instagram users, there is no way to cash in the rewards if you dont use those. Since, I am not one of those users so this app for brand loyalty isn't worth it. I also wonder about the security connection for this app since it doesn't have a 2FA and doesn't seem to ask for 2FA prior to posting on your behalf to TikTok and Instagram.

for the most part it is seamless to opt in for products and submit reviews, but they are NO help when I have been trying to reach out to someone for a month to say I received a product but the app won't show it was received, and it won't let me select on the option that says that I received it. they send an automated response that tells me to click the button that I am telling them is glitching. No one is helping me fix this and I bet when the deadline passes I lose eligibility.

So far really great I would recommend Update. I don't like the update. My tiktok won't connect and my task won't be accepted. I also don't like the extra step to make a post on Instagram or TikTok for that my rating is going from a 5 to 3. Influenster please fix it. :( not sure if my.tiktok is "too low" but they won't link up!
