Canceled the bus without informing any of the passengers. Not a single call or an SMS! Not a single passenger was informed! They merged two busses into one. They did not get passengers for the non ac bus of the same time therefore they did this! Just imagine! Aged people and people with health issues suffered beyond your imagination. The worst journey of my life!

So well unprofessional travel agents and bus driwers/helper. They are so well unprofessional and lack of apathy persons, will always give you a terrifying, nightmare travel experience surely.. Worst ever travel agency.. Please avoid it at any cost ... Otherwise your travel expirence become a lifetime scar wound.
