Infiniti Solution

Infiniti Solution is a caregiver EVV portal for eligible home-care agencies and provider organizations.

Caregivers can use the app to sign in with agency-provided access, view assigned clients, access schedules, manage active visits, complete EVV clock-in and clock-out workflows, review signature tasks, update account security, and request account deletion when needed.

Infiniti Solution is designed to help agencies keep caregiver
visit workflows clear, organized, and compliance-aware. The app supports caregiver visibility, visit records, timesheet-related workflows, and signature access through a simple mobile experience.

Access is provided through agency onboarding or Infiniti Solution onboarding. Users cannot create their own accounts inside the app.
