User Reviews

Reviews are overwhelmingly negative. The most repeated complaints are that the app won't open or run, that email registration and password steps fail, that the SD card or device isn't recognized (often with unsafe-removal restart prompts), that instructions are confusing, and that customer service doesn't resolve problems. Several users say they wasted money and want refunds. Only isolated positives appear, such as one user praising fast backups and another saying it works with a Samsung S20, so no pros are mentioned across multiple reviews.

I bought this app/device when it ame out years ago, couldn't get the app to work. It would tell me to plug in the SD card holder and wouldn't recognize it when I did. Tried a number of times and sent a video of me reading and performing the steps to customer service. They sent another complete unit and said to try again, no luck. Let the unit sit for years and tried it again after update. Same problems.
