MySafety GPS

MySafety is the app that provides a suite of solutions to improve the well-being and safety of you and your friends and family.

The MySafety app was developed to integrate the use and management of access control, tracking of mobile assets, and personal security using GPS coordinates.

- Access Control [Hardware SafetyAccess]:

Have complete control with days, times, and reports of who enters and leaves your home, business, or condominium.

MySafety can activate or manage gates and doors locally via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) from your mobile phone or remotely via Wi-Fi or mobile internet.

All events are saved in the cloud. Abnormal events, such as break-ins and/or excessive opening times, are reported in real time by the MySafety app.

Furthermore, MySafety transforms your cell phone into a modern and secure intercom, allowing direct communication with the concierge via voice, video, chat, or voice messages. All this with total control: you decide which channels you want to be contacted through—or you can even restrict receiving messages whenever you prefer. Convenience, privacy, and security in your condominium's daily life.

- Mobile asset tracking [Ineltec Trackers]:

With Ineltec NB-IoT/Wi-Fi trackers in the form of an emergency button, you, your protected individuals, and protectors can have greater security and peace of mind knowing where your valuables are through GPS coordinates sent to the Rondaweb system and displayed in real time on the MySafety app.

The operation follows the same principles as Personal Security.

- Emergency and Personal Safety:

For your safety and/or that of your friends and family, MySafety users can be invited to be your Protectors, and they can be given permissions to Activate and Deactivate Emergency and/or Request Location remotely.

In case of emergency, a MySafety user can activate the SOS button on the Home screen of the MySafety app or the emergency button on one of their Ineltec Trackers.

Protectors with remote activation permission can activate the emergency or request the location of a Protected person if necessary.

All your Protectors will be informed of the emergency status by notification in the MySafety app, directing them to the map screen that will show your emergency and your real-time movement via GPS coordinates. Thus, Protectors can take actions for the safety of their Protected individual.

* Protectors and Protected individuals can be removed or opt out at any time.

* All removal events and remote activations are stored in the Rondaweb system and reported via notification in the MySafety app.
