Most reviews are negative due to stability and reliability problems (crashes, bugs, slow performance) and authentication issues (OTP/password expiry). Many essential features are missing or limited (beneficiary management, FD viewing, receipts, edit/delete entries) and ConnectOnline syncing is weak. UI/UX is often cited as poor. Poor UI/UX and overall user experience: not as intuitive or polished as competing apps

Worst app, worst Bank ever I myself am also an Banker my whole family too but never experienced such kind of low and poor services in the Bank This app doesn't work at all.. it always show only bug and error, won't even stay any longer for more than 2-3 sec and it will redirect you to a website showings bugs.. Worst..Don't open your current account in this Bank.
