2023-09-14	Va*****	I was happy with the card only till I wanted to reload it with 200 £.I the rs got deducted from my account but the cars has not reloaded with pounds .I am in oxford and I have written a letter to reach us ..told my branch and my pr manager all come tk no communication after taking details and their number is unreachable. Very sorry state of affairs...today it will be 5 days and counting
