2023-12-26	Mu*****	Terrible Customer service, The company ask me pay to fix my glitch account that i have put all my money right there Its not my fault if my account glitch and all my trade process cannot work normally, and you ask me pay to fix a proble thats not from me ? Well, just download the app. its absolutely terrible, i put all my money , buy some coin, and suddenly I couldn't sell it even on the market price, furthermore the company did not respon it. 2023-08-17	Dr*****	Worse Experience no reply even after creating ticket several times and complaints , NOWIDRAWAL for bigb token, bigb tokens are going to expire if not widrawed and swaped , and indoex is not enabled widraw option for bigb tokens 25August is last date , after that all tokens will be lost forever. Indoex is scaming people maybe it's a fake app.As no viable customer support system.

But is very ridiculous to mention here that deposit function is working very well but in withdrawal page there is nothing i.e blank page with withdraw written on it , no columns activated to insert address of the destination wallet. Extreme happens when i went to support section where raise ticket option is there and you can submit ticket but you cannot check what is being done on that ticket and what is the status of the ticket.No followup by app
