Minimal is a home screen replacement that removes all visual noise from your phone.

No app icons. No widgets. No colour. Just a clean text list of your pinned apps and a large clock — nothing to grab your attention except what you chose to put there.

Home Screen
• Large split clock — hour in white, minutes in amber
• Pinned apps as a clean text list (no icons)
• Swipe up, left, or right to open the app drawer
• Focus Mode indicator when active

App Drawer
• Full alphabetical app list with live search
• Shows today's usage time per app
• Long-press any app to pin, unpin, or mark as distracting

Focus Mode
• Grays out and blocks apps you marked as distracting
• Tapping a blocked app shows a warning with an "Open anyway" escape

App Timers
• Set a daily usage limit per app
• Real usage data via Android UsageStatsManager
• Apps over their limit show a warning when tapped

Grayscale Mode
• Full grayscale filter over the entire launcher UI
• Reduces the visual appeal of your phone to fight screen addiction

PERMISSIONS
• Query all packages — required to show installed apps in the launcher (standard for home screen apps)
• Usage stats — required for app timers; you grant this manually in Settings
