See edit history. Update 10/2024: I emailed the support email address but it bounced back indicating that the address doesn't exist. I'll need some quick response on this before I dispute the payment on my credit card. If all newspapers have the same issues that I have had in trying to give money to The Independent then it would be a good explanation of why so many of them fail. We don't want that. Please take our money.
