I am not happy with this service and product quality. In this application no option to return cancel and exchange the product. So overall experience worsed.

2025-01-02	pr*****	I have placed my order on 15-dec-2024. It has been 17 days still i haven't received my product. There customer care is really worst. No one is attending the call. There delivery partner "delivery air " looks like boss for them. My kid birthday is in couple of days. I am not able to cancel the order that is the frustration to the core.

2024-12-17	Ra*****	According to my experience of online shopping for so long, it is the worst app and not good at all. I placed the order 25 days ago but it shows that it will take another month for delivery. Every day the delivery time increased by one day.No one will buy from this app.

2024-12-17	de*****	Worst Supply Chain Management. Ordered the product on 5th December 2024. Still the order is in processing. Not yet shipped. I think they will deliver the product before December 2025(next year). Worst Service I ever noticed. Don't buy any product directly from Includ, if you find any product from other good apps like mynthra, flipkart, amazon, ajio please give it a try. Compared to this app supply chain management, they will provide good experience.
