How do I know that I need an Emotional First Aid?

When you enter the details of your emotional injury, SwaHeal will work for you to decide whether you are in need of a first-aid or not. If not, SwaHeal will give you a Tips Box instead of the First Aid Box which will provide you useful techniques to handle your current stressful situation.

How to apply the self-help measures provided by SwaHeal?

The first-aid measures in SwaHeal are

purchase facility.

What if the Emotional First Aid is not sufficient for me?

SwaHeal is not supposed to replace the standard Psychiatric diagnostic and treatment measures. But it will help you to help yourself in case of minor problems.
