2021-09-05	Ba*****	Practical suggestions for better learning 1. Instead of continuing from the next slide of the selected slide, continuing from beginning of the selected slide itself would be meaningful. 2. Support for built-in Chromecast would be both secure and benefit the whole student community to learn with Chromecast enabled devices like Android TV who has issue with their PCs or not affordable due to personal reasons (Note: Since we don't have impartus app support for Android TV yet). Happy learning all!

2021-08-26	K *****	App is dam good but requires a stable internet connection, but there is a personal feedback from my side is that. The recorded video's ppt sometimes becomes blur with several combination of colour on it, and the recorded video is unlikely to forward because for forwarding 10seconds it lags 11-15seconds. 2021-05-23	Ne*****	Sometimes unable to access audio during live class. No matter whatever the solution is provided by the support/help desk, it doesn't seem to work. Once, our teacher had to end the current class and had to reschedule another one again as two of us were having trouble with the audio. Also while facing the problem, if we log in to impartus through browser it becomes fine. So PLEASE fix the bugs/technical glitches in the app.

It continuously malfunctions and hardly ever give clear audio, forget about video feature. And the help feature is so unhelpful and will never admit that the app needs to get fixed.

2021-04-10	Mo*****	The app is very buggy... The audio does not work in my mobile. Viewing the recorded lectures is also very difficult as the time taken to forward the content is very high. The karma points system does not work and my profile is also showing incorrect data( it shows that I have seen a lectures on a particular day for more than 1000 minutes). It is not at all user friendly and the home page also shows repeated content

Forwarding and reversing of recorded lectures takes too much time..infact exactly equal secs which are going to forward any video. 2. A mini window always appears during recorded lecture and in turn make users to skip some content delivered by faculty on digital board. 3. It also gets hanged repeatedly. Looking forward the solutions of these bugs..

If we have to unmute ourselves, first we have to ask the teacher for unmuting..otherwise only chat! And when I installed this app, I was having a lot of problem! I was not able to hear anyone! And cuz of that I had to leave the classes!! Don't install!😬😤

2020-12-11	Si*****	This is good. One additional option that I would like: While playing videos of lectures, there is a picture on picture of the slides. On desktops/laptops this is fine. But on mobiles, it takes some space over the videos, and so cannot see the complete screen. If there is an option to disable the picture on picture, that would be great.

2020-10-31	Ar*****	The recorded video lectures are quite good but the live sessions are waste of time because whenever the staffs try to explain a concept the video blurs or the audio will be cut or produce some sounds like playing guitar. But my institute keeps on teaching classes in live. Can't even zoom in. Thanks to magnification tool in android
