Immerzed Companion

Immerzed Companion is Immerzed GmbH's official companion app for VR training simulations. It is aimed at trainees, schools, employees, and employers in the industries for which our trainings are developed. Currently supported: VRescue – a VR training simulation for emergency medicine.

What you can do with the app
• View VR training results: Keep track of your learning progress – e.g., scores, times, and scenario results (depending on the simulation).
• Fast QR login on the headset: Log in to supported VR devices in a flash – securely and without typing.
• Registration & account: Create your account via email and password (without social login).
• Manage personal data: Keep your first and last name and email address up to date at all times.
• Request company membership: Join your company/school upon request (if a license is available).

Who is the app suitable for?
For learners, trainers, educational institutions, and companies that work with immersive simulations – currently especially in emergency medicine with VRescue. You can use the app freely and keep your personal account – even if you change companies or are active in multiple organizations. Costs are borne at the organizational level.

How it works

Install the app and register your own account (email + password).

Complete VR training (e.g., with VRescue).

View results in the app and track progress.

Optional: Request to join the company to make your name and email visible to admins/trainers.

Data protection & security
• No health data: We display training/performance data, no medical diagnoses.
• Hosting in the EU: Supabase infrastructure in Frankfurt (eu-central-1); transport and at-rest encryption on the platform.
• No advertising & no analytics tracking: No ads, no analytics SDKs.
• Transaction emails only when needed: e.g., registration, confirmation, password reset (via IONOS).
• Account deletion: Also deletes the data assigned to the account.
