Fit One Day (Center) is a system that displays today's exercises on a monitor to reduce the burden on coaches who must simultaneously manage young members and increase customer satisfaction.
A. Class composition (set the order however you like)
A - 1 Stretching before exercise
A - 2 training hours
A - 3 main workout times
A - 4 Stretching after exercise

B. How the exercise progresses
Interval Training
For Time (Crossfit)
AMRAP (Crossfit)
Every Minute on the Minute (good if all members do the same exercise together)

C. Exercise video management (managed by the head office, affiliated branches can only execute)

D. Ranking (by date, when carrying out the same exercise, members of all branches compete or members of each branch compete and rankings are displayed)

Differences from other companies’ systems
A. Fitness company logos and emblems can be displayed on the monitor.
B. Change the monitor screen to horizontal or vertical version according to the structure of fitness
C. Place 1 to 10 exercises per monitor
D. Next-day exercise setting function anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day
