MaidExpense: Helper Payroll

Track your helper’s groceries, salary and leave — one app for employer and helper.

Stop settling accounts over WhatsApp screenshots and spreadsheets. MaidExpense is for households with a domestic helper (FDW): log spending, confirm allowance, run payroll and record leave. Each person signs in. Both can see the records. Both can sign.

Use it after you have hired — for food expenses, allowance, salary and rest days.

GROCERIES AND DAILY EXPENSES
Your helper logs food, pharmacy and transport with amount, category and payment method. Cash, Octopus and other regional cards are supported. Photograph the receipt so you can check later. You see every item and a simple category breakdown.

ALLOWANCE — IT COUNTS ONLY AFTER CONFIRMATION
You add living allowance; your helper confirms before it is added to the balance. Cash and Octopus (or the local default) stay separate, so “how much did I give you?” is on the record.

PAYROLL AND LEAVE — BOTH SIGN, PDF SAVED
Create a pay period, amount, payment method and food allowance. Your helper signs in the app. After both signatures, a payslip PDF is generated for your files. Leave covers statutory holidays, annual leave, sick leave, casual leave and rest days. Your helper can request time off; you can record or confirm it, with a signed copy.

FREE AND VIP
Core expense logging is free. VIP removes ads, covers up to two helpers, unlimited expenses and receipts, report export, plus payroll and leave. The helper account inherits the employer’s VIP.
